There are currently three levels of cancelation polices which can be set by Guides on a activity by activity basis.

Flexible: Full refund 1 day prior to activity.

Moderate:  Full refund 5 days prior to activity.

Strict: Full refund 30 days prior to activity

 An additional note, GuideHop fees are non-refundable.
